Green Hides, LLC was formed in 2003 with the objective that companies in the United States should have a direct relationship with an Italian tannery, without the problems of long lead times, minimum quantities, and language barriers. It is for this reason that Simone Lagnerini, the President of Green Hides, insisted that in order to best serve American customers, he would move to the U.S. and set up a fully functional distribution center near the capital of global Furniture Manufacturing, High Point, North Carolina.
