Mr. Gino Soldani started to work when he was wery young and he got his first job at the mechanical workshop Banti, becoming a skilled technician in few time. When the Banti Family left the mechanical activity and begun the tanning one, it was logical that Gino, who was just 20 years old, took over the firm and became the sole Manager. The new director specialized in manufacturing tannery machines, widening his field of action in Italy and being successful as technician and dealer too. His son Franco started to co-operate with him very soon, making a lot of technic-directorial experiences and holding the reins of the company in 1973, which was moved to a new residence.
